All of the Jams produced by L'Apicultuer d'Ixtassou under the Amaxti label are superb. All have more that 80% fruit and very low cane sugar added. We have made up a pack including the signature Black Cherry,Fig and Rhubarb. The latter came as a great surprise to both Les and I and is now one of our favourites.
